I am really pleased to be listening to this album tonight- Motor Ace- Five Star Laundry. I'm finding it very relaxing, it's just what I was after following a fairly stressful day. I saw Motor Ace just the one time. They played at the Tathra Pub, it was a night or two before I was moving to Sydney in 2003, probably one of the first shows I went to I guess. I didn't really know them that well, I thought they were pretty good, the friend I went with was not so convinced, I had got him to drive me there, and he seemed a bit cut that he came at all.

Anyhow, the album has some real hits on it, some of these songs just take me back to a previous time. They got a lot of airplay on Triple J, and that was where I heard them the most. This is actually the first music I have put onto this computer, which I would say would strike anyone as a strange choice, it's just the way it worked out. I only got this computer a few days before I came away, and didn't get the time to put any music on there. All the music I have been listening to lately has been from Youtube or myspace etc. However, I can hear the music from the nightclub next door as if I was on the dancefloor...and this is a Tuesday night...
